ABSTRACT A self-propelled agricultural multi-purpose vehicle, more parti- cularly a tractor, has a driver-cabin adapted to assume two operative positions. Connected to one vehicle-axle is an auxiliary frame upon which the driver- cabin may be set down, on a support-plane having approximately the same ground- clearance as the vehicle-axle. This reduces the height of the vehicle for transport. The control-elements running from the cabin to the vehicle are electrical, electronic, pneumatic or hydraulic and are long enough to ensure connection to the vehicle even when the cabin is set down upon the said auxiliary frame. Three-point suspension is connected to the rear axle of the multi-purpose vehicle, and the auxiliary frame is secured detachably to the three-point suspension by locking means.
