An adsorbent unit (10) for a refrigerant accumulator (33) having a housing (34) with a bottom wall (56) and a side wall (38) and a U-shaped pipe (40) with a return bend (49) adjacent the bottom wall (56) and with first (47) and second (50) pipe portions extending from the return bend (49) along the side wall (38), and a filter body (53) extending outwardly from the return bend (49), the adsorbent unit (10) including a porous adsorbent container (12), adsorbent (13) in the container (12), first and second end portions on the container (12), a first tab (14) extending outwardly from the first end portion of the container (12), an elongated slot (25) in the first tab (14) mounting it on the first (47) and second (50) pipe portions, a second tab (15) extending outwardly from the second end portion of the container (12), and an aperture (30) on the second tab (15) mounting it on the filter body (53). A double adsorbent container adsorbent unit (100) having elongated slots (113, 113') on tabs (111, 111') at the outer ends thereof for mounting about the first (47) and second (50) pipe portions.
La présente invention concerne un bloc d'adsorption (10) pour accumulateur de réfrigérant (33) comportant un carter (34) fait d'une paroi de fond (56), d'une paroi latérale (38), d'un tube coudé (40) dont la courbe de retour (49) est proche de la paroi de fond (56) et dont les deux bras (47, 50) longent la paroi latérale (38) à la suite de la courbe de retour (49). Un corps de filtre (53) dépasse de la courbe de retour (49). Le bloc d'adsorption (10) renferme un réservoir d'adsorbant poreux (12), de l'adsorbant (13) dans le réservoir (12) qui définit deux extrémités. Une première patte (14) dépasse de la première extrémité du réservoir (12), une fente de forme allongée (25) dans la première patte (14) permettant un montage sur les deux bras (47, 50) du tube coudé. Une seconde patte (15) dépasse de la seconde extrémité du réservoir (12), un orifice (30) dans la seconde patte (15) permettant un montage sur le corps du filtre (53). L'invention concerne également un double bloc d'adsorption (100) renfermant de l'adsorbant et présentant des fentes de forme allongée (113, 113') sur les pattes (111, 111') en vue d'un montage autour des deux bras (47, 50) du tube coudé.
