The publication discloses a log-like building component (10) having an exterior side surface (7), an interior side surface (8), an insulation part (1) between these, and members (5, 6) which interconnect the insulation part and the side surfaces. According to the invention the insulation part (1) of the building component (10) serves as a loadbearing structure. Between the insulation part and the side surfaces there is a void (14) which, via openings in the interconnecting members (5, 6), is in air contact with the voids in the building components above and below. The building components can be self- locatingly stacked one on top of another to form the loadbearing structure of a building. All the necessary wiring and piping of the building can be installed at the factory in the voids (14) in the components, and the side surfaces (7, 8) can be given a coating finish at the factory. A building completely ready for use can be erected very rapidly from building components according to the invention.
L'invention concerne un élément de construction (10) de type rondin présentant une surface latérale extérieure (7), une surface latérale intérieure (8), une partie d'isolation intermédiaire (1) et des éléments (5, 6) reliant la partie d'isolation et les surfaces latérales. Selon l'invention, la partie d'isolation (1) de l'élément de construction (10) sert de structure porteuse. Entre la partie d'isolation et les surfaces latérales se trouve un vide (14) qui, par l'intermédiaire d'ouvertures dans les éléments d'interconnexion (5, 6), se trouve en liaison de passage d'air avec les vides situés dans les éléments de construction supérieur et inférieur. Les éléments de construction peuvent être empilés de manière à se placer automatiquement l'un sur l'autre afin de former une structure porteuse de bâtiment. Tout le cablage et la tuyauterie nécessaires du bâtiment peuvent être installés en usine dans les vides (14) se trouvant dans lesdits éléments, et on peut appliquer un apprêt de revêtement sur les surfaces latérales (7, 8) en usine. Un bâtiment complètement prêt à être utilisé peut être construit très rapidement à partir des éléments de construction de l'invention.
