Self-supporting perfected panel, characterised by two subpanels with means of joining them to each other, making the panel self-supporting; each subpanel has a metal lattice and a sheet of thermal- accoustic insulating material. The space between the subpanels is filled in with reinforced concrete and at least one side of the whole is covered with a levelling.
