Self-ventilated brake disk, particularly for vehicles, comprising a unique body formed by a frictional circular crown and a hub transmitting the couple to the whole disk, wherein the circular crown includes multiple grooves arranged radially in respect to the centre of the disk, including at least a portion with a predetermined width arranged between each of the grooves, said portions been arranged on the same plane that the rest of the circular crown. In this way, the wear of the brake pad is reduced, having a simple construction and providing good heat dissipation during the contact of the brake pad and the friction surface of the disk.
L'invention concerne un disque de frein autoventilé, notamment pour véhicules, comprenant un corps formé d'une seule pièce avec une couronne circulaire (2) de friction et un cube qui transmet le couple de rotation à l'ensemble. La couronne circulaire (2) comprend une pluralité de fentes (4) agencées radialement par rapport au centre du disque. Chaque fente (4) présente au moins une partie (6) formant pont dont la surface extérieure est coplanaire avec le reste de la surface de friction. Cela permet de réduire l'usure des pastilles de frein par les bords des fentes (4), d'obtenir une bonne dissipation de la chaleur résultant de la friction, et de mouler le disque sans utilisation de noyaux (parties mâles).
