Abstract of the Disclosure The present invention relating to a semiconductor device storage jig comprises a vessel which is made of a material having a first melting point and has a recess, a conductive member which is made of a metal having a second melting point lower than the first melting point and which is filled in the recess of the vessel, and a member which is electrically connected to the conductive member, for grounding the conductive member.
