The present invention relates to a semiprocessed nonoriented magnetic steel sheet which is used in iron cores of motors and transformers, finished to a final product by rolling having a reduction rate of 2 to 18% after final annealing by a manufacturer, and assures desired magnetic characteristics due to coarsening of crystal grains during strain-relief annealing after processing by a user. The excellent magnetic characteristics can be achieved by increasing lubrication during second cold rolling so as to satisfy the equation: e c <= e s <= 1.18e c wherein e s represents a strain value at the surface layer of the steel sheet and e c represents a strain value at the central layer.
On utilise principalement cette tôle d'acier magnétique, à grains non orientés et semi-manufacturée, pour le noyau en fer d'une machine tournante ou dynamoteur. Lors du processus de fabrication de cette tôle d'acier, après avoir recuit et laminé celle-ci, afin d'obtenir une réduction dans son épaisseur de l'ordre de 2 à 18 %, on peut travailler la tôle et soumettre son côté d'utilisation à un recuit de stabilisation, de manière à augmenter la grosseur du grain, afin de constituer les caractéristiques magnétiques voulues. Lorsque l'on atteint un rapport ec</=es</=1.18ec en augmentant la lubrification au moment du second laminage à froid, on peut obtenir d'excellentes caractéristiques magnétiques. Dans ce rapport, es représente la contrainte dans la couche de surface et ec représente la contrainte dans la couche intermédiaire.
