Further, an antibody specific for the protein, a DNA coding for the protein, a complementary DNA to the DNA and RNA's corresponding to these DNA's, and human chromosomal DNA fragment coding for the protein are also disclosed. The protein, antibody, DNA RNA and human chromosomal DNA fragment of the present invention are useful for diagnosis of dysbolism in the central nervous system, including senile dementia Alzheimer's type.
