The invention relates to a sensor arrangement (13.1) comprising a radiation- conducting substrate (13.9), said arrangement having a plurality of sensor fields (13.4) and separating regions (13.5) for separating the individual sensor fields (13.4) from the respectively adjacent sensor fields (13.4). Said separating regions (13.5) are formed by a separating agent layer (13.10) that causes a reflectivity lower than 0.5 for radiation from the substrate on the interface between the separating agent layer (13.10) and the substrate (13.9), at least in a first region (13.8) adjacent to the interface between the separating agent layer (13.10) and the substrate (13.9), and an extinction higher than 0.95 at least in a second region (13.7) located above the first region (13.8), on the side opposing the substrate (13.9).
L'invention concerne un système de capteurs (13.1) comportant un substrat (13.9) conduisant les rayons, pourvu d'une pluralité de champs de capteurs (13.4) et de zones de séparation (13.5) destinées à séparer les champs de capteurs individuels (13.4) par rapport au champs de capteurs (13.4) respectivement adjacents. Les zones de séparation (13.5) sont formées par une couche d'agent de séparation (13.10). Ladite couche d'agent de séparation (13.10) crée une réflectivité inférieure à 0,5 pour un rayonnement sortant du substrat au niveau de l'interface entre la couche d'agent de séparation (13.10) et le substrat (13.9), au moins dans une première zone (13.8) adjacente à l'interface entre la couche d'agent de séparation (13.10) et le substrat (13.9), et une extinction supérieure à 0,95 au moins dans une deuxième zone (13.7) située au-dessus de la première zone (13.8), sur le côté opposé au substrat (13.9).
