At a multi-way intersection (that is, road junction), the vehicle that comes to a complete stop at the said intersection before any other vehicle or vehicles has the right of way (to cross the said intersection). However, there is an element of honest human error, or a possibility of other false judgment or inadvertent error or even of unscrupulous attempt to take advantage of any element of uncertainty, in deciding which vehicle does arrive or come to a complete stop before another at the intersection. This may cause anxiety in drivers and possible accidents. The present invention prevents or minimizes or eliminates such deleterious human factors by use of state-of the-art sensors, computer(s) and lights.
