The present invention relates to a method for measuring of the interaction between at least one target molecule and at least one receptor molecule using a piezo-electric crystal micro balance, where at least one type of the molecules is immobilised, whereby at least one crystal is brought into oscillation by means of a driving circuit, and measuring the dissipation (D) and/or change in dissipation (.DELTA.D) during driving and/or after switching off the driving circuit.
Cette invention a trait à une technique de mesure de l'interaction existant entre au moins une molécule cible et au moins une molécule réceptrice, laquelle technique utilise une microbalance à cristal piézo-électrique. On immobilise, dans le cadre de cette technique, au moins un type de molécule et un cristal au moins est amené à osciller sous l'action d'un circuit d'excitation. On mesure alors la dissipation (D) et/ou les modifications de dissipation (.DELTA.D) durant la période d'excitation et/ou après la mise hors circuit du circuit d'excitation.
