The separating device in the form of a rotatable member comprises a row of starwheels (1, 1') mounted on a rotatable shaft (5), each starwheel having a plurality of angularly spaced, resiliently deformable, outwardly extending fingers (2, 2'), each finger having a convex leading edge and a concave trailing edge. In order to spread material being separated along the rotatable member, at least one finger (2') of each starwheel is extended and the starwheels (1, 1' etc.) are arranged sequentially on the shaft (5) so that the extended fingers form at least one helical rib (6) along the rotatable member to move material being separated sideways therealong.
L'invention concerne un séparateur ayant la forme d'un élément rotatif équipé d'une rangée de roues en étoiles (1, 1') montées sur un axe (5) rotatif, chaque roue possédant une pluralité de doigts (2, 2') espacés selon une angulation régulière, déformables, élastiques, s'étendant vers l'extérieur, chaque doigt possédant un bord avant convexe et un bord arrière concave. Afin de répandre des matériaux séparés par les éléments rotatifs, un doigt (2') au moins de chaque roue en étoiles est allongé, et les roues en étoiles (1, 1' etc.) sont disposées séquentiellement sur l'axe (5) afin que les doigts allongés d'une nervure hélicoïdale (6) au moins le long de l'élément rotatif déplacent des matériaux étant séparés vers le côté.
