The invention relates to a separating device for winding devices for material webs, particularly of paper or the like, which are longitudinally divided into several partial webs, with at least two rolls (1, 2) being essentially parallel to each other and flexed essentially in the same direction, with a stand (10) for the pivotable arrangement of the rolls about a common swivelling axis, with a support frame (9) for the rotatable arrangement of the rolls about their respective axis of rotation and for the horizontal sweep of the rolls with respect to the stand (10) about the common swivelling axis, whereby at least one transmission pair (3, 5, 8; 8, 6, 4) for the simultaneous, automatic twisting of the deflection line of the flexed rolls during the horizontal sweep of the support frame with respect to the stand is provided in such a way, that the transmissions are necessarily operated by the sweep movement. The basic concept is that through a sweep of the support frame of the two rotary stretchers, the arc alignment of the rotary stretchers is necessarily adjusted with respect to the entering or exiting web. Thereby, any type of subsequent alignment of the arcs of the rotary stretchers in the separating device is completely eliminated.
La présente invention se rapporte à un appareil de séparation pour des mécanismes d'enroulement pour matériaux en bandes, notamment du papier ou produit similaire, lesdites bandes étant divisées longitudinalement en plusieurs bandes partielles, au moins deux rouleaux (1, 2) étant essentiellement parallèles entre eux et essentiellement courbés dans la même direction, un support (10) pour l'agencement pivotant des rouleaux sur un axe commun de pivotement, un châssis (9) de support pour l'agencement rotatif des rouleaux sur leurs axe de rotation respectif et pour le balayage horizontal des rouleaux sur leur axe commun de pivotement par rapport au support (10). Ledit appareil comprend également une paire (3, 5, 8; 6, 4) de transmission pour la torsion simultanée automatique de la ligne de fléchissement des rouleaux courbés au cours du balayage horizontal du châssis du support par rapport au support, de telle sorte que les transmissions soient nécessairement effectuées par le mouvement de balayage. Le concept de base consiste en ce que, grâce à un balayage du châssis du support des deux étaleurs rotatifs, l'alignement de l'arc des étaleurs rotatifs est nécessairement réglé par rapport à la bande entrante ou sortante. Ainsi, tout alignement ultérieur des arcs des étaleurs rotatifs dans l'appareil de séparation est totalement éliminé.
