SEPARATING SHEET PROVIDED WITH A PLURALITY OF PLATING LAYERS, EXCELLENT IN STRIPPABILITY AND HAVING A HIGH HARDNESS ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A plated metal sheet provided with a plurality of plating layers, excellent in strippability and having a high hardness, which comprises: a nickel alloy plating layer as a lower layer, having a Vickers hardness of at least 500 Hv, formed on at least one surface of a metal sheet; and a composite metal plating layer as an upper layer, in which fluorocarbon polymer particles are uniformly dispersed, formed on the nickel alloy plating layer as the lower layer. A content of the fluorocarbon polymer particles in the composite metal plating layer as the upper layer is within a range of from 1 to 50 vol.% relative to the composite metal plating layer as the upper layer.
