The invention relates to a method for the extractive separation of nickel(0) complexes and phosphorus-containing ligands and/or free phosphorus-containing ligands from a reaction discharge of a hydrocyanation of unsaturated mononitries to dinitriles, by means of a hydrocarbon, the hydrocarbon and the reaction discharge being separated into two phases at a temperature T (in ~C). The invention is characterised in that the content of nickel(0) complexes and phosphorus-containing ligands and/or free phosphorus-containing ligands in the reaction discharge of the hydrocyanation is at least y wt. %, depending on the temperature T, and a maximum of 60 wt. % independently of the temperature T. The numerical value of the minimum content y is indicated by the equation y = 0,5 T + 20, T being a dimensionless numerical value.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour la séparation extractive de complexes de nickel (0) à ligands phosphorés et/ou à ligands phosphorés libres du produit d'une réaction d'hydrocyanation de mononitriles insaturés en dinitriles, par extraction au moyen d'un hydrocarbure, l'hydrocarbure et le produit de la réaction étant séparés en deux phases à une température T (en ·C). Le procédé selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que la teneur en complexes de nickel (0) à ligands phosphorés et/ou à ligands phosphorés libres dans le produit de la réaction d'hydrocyanation est d'au moins y % en poids en fonction de la température T et est d'au plus 60 % en poids indépendamment de la température T. La valeur numérique de la teneur minimale y est exprimée par l'équation y = 0,5 T + 20, T devant être introduit dans l'équation en tant que valeur numérique sans dimension.
