The object is to increase the amount of a protein produced by recombinant DNA method using a eukaryotic cell, particularly a mammalian cell. The object is achieved by using a moderately low temperature transcription control element comprising the nucleotide sequence: x1cccx5x6x7 (wherein x1 represents c, t or a; x5 represents g, c, a or t; x6 represents c, t, a or g; and x7 represents c, a, g or t) or a nucleotide sequence complementary to the nucleotide sequence or a moderately low temperature transcription control enhancer having the moderately low temperature transcription control element linked thereto.
La présente invention a pour objet l'augmentation de la quantité d~une protéine produite par une méthode de type ADN recombinant employant une cellule eucaryote, en particulier une cellule de mammifère. L'objet de la présente invention peut être atteint en employant un élément de contrôle de transcription à température modérément basse qui comprend la séquence de nucléotides : x1cccx5x6x7 (où x1 représente c, t ou a ; x5 représente g, c, a ou t ; x6 représente c, t, a ou g ; et x7 représente c, a, g ou t) ou une séquence de nucléotides complémentaire à cette séquence de nucléotides, ou encore un agent améliorant le contrôle de transcription à température modérément basse lié au ditélément de contrôle de transcription à température modérément basse.
