Abstract A control arrangment for controlling the operation of a hydrostatic transmission has an "over travel" position at the high speed end of the "run" position of the speed control lever. A resilient snubber is provided as a part of the control arrangement for providing the operator with a "feel" for when the control arrangement is in the over travel position and the pumps of the hydrostatic transmission have been placed in their maximum displacement condition of operation.
