Series voltage compensator connected in series between an electrical generator and an electrical grid that comprises a filter and an electronic power converter per phase. The compensator generates a voltage to dynamically compensate for sudden voltage drops in the electrical grid, with it being additionally possible to control the angle of the voltage in relation to the current with the aim of controlling the reactive power injected (or absorbed) by the series voltage compensator to the grid.

L'invention concerne un compensateur de tension en série connecté en série entre un générateur électrique (11) et une grille électrique (22), comprenant un filtre (20) et un convertisseur de puissance électrique (15) par phase. Le compensateur génère une tension pour compenser de manière dynamique les chutes soudaines de tension dans la grille électrique, l'angle de la tension par rapport au courant pouvant être réglé afin de régler la puisance réactive injectée (ou absorbée) par le compensateur de tension en série dans la grille (22).
