A service exception resolution framework provides a centralized exception handling console (EHC) used to reprocess unfulfilled service requests that result in service request exceptions. The EHC allows an operator to analyze multiple service request exceptions simultaneously from disparate applications and domains. The framework greatly reduces the time, cost, and resource expenditures needed to analyze and resolve service request exceptions and reprocess service requests regardless of the applications and domains from which the service request exceptions result.
