ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A service station dispenser anchor device is disclosed which includes an elongated body assembly having a threaded jam bolt provided at each end. The jam bolts terminate outwardly in respective pointed ends and are provided with threaded collars for length adjustment purposes. Upon turning the threaded collars with a wrench, while preventing the jam bolts from turning, the pointed bolt ends can be driven into the concrete side walls of the dispenser service pit. A hanger assembly is slidable along the body assembly and includes an L-shaped hanger which is in vertically adjustable engagement upon the threaded shank of a vertical eye bolt. The hanger includes a projecting arm with a depending finger which is provided to downwardly press upon a gasoline dispenser mounting flange to maintain the mounting flange in position without requiring anchor bolts.
