ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A dispenser for dispensing serviettes and the like according to the present invention, comprises a drawer and dispensing mechanism contained completely within the drawer. The dispensing mechanism comprises a spring loaded pusher member for pushing the serviettes toward the open front end of the drawer from which the serviettes are dispensed. The pusher member is position- able at the rear of the drawer in a loading position to permit unimpeded loading of the serviettes into the drawer.
