The invention relates to a set (22) of blanks for forming a packaging box, a method and a corresponding box. The set includes two corrugated board blanks, namely: a first blank (2') including flaps connected to one another by first fold lines (9'), one side of said blank having no folds; and a second blank (12') including panels (13', 14', 15', 16') connected to one another by third fold lines (19'), the panels of the second blank being stacked respectively on the part of the first blank having no folds. Two non-adjacent flaps (3', 5') of the first blank are glued to two respective facing panels (13', 15') of the second blank, thereby preventing the relative movement thereof during folding or during the formation of the box when the blanks are wound around a volume having pre-determined dimensions. At least two-thirds of the third fold lines (19') of the second blank are substantially aligned in relation to the first fold lines of the first blank, the lower part (23) of one or more of said third lines including a cut or collapsed portion opposite the corresponding first fold line.
II s'agit d'un ensemble (22) de découpes pour la constitution d'une boite d'emballage, d'un procédé et d'une boîte correspondante. L'ensemble comprend deux découpes en carton ondulé, à savoir une première découpe (2' ) dont les volets sont reliés entre eux par des premières lignes de pliage (9') dénuée de rabat d'un côté et une deuxième découpe (12') comportant des panneaux (13', 14', 15', 16') reliés entre eux par des troisièmes lignes de pliage (19'), les panneaux de la deuxième découpe étant respectivement superposés à la partie dénuée de rabat des volets de la première découpe. Deux volets non adjacents (3', 5') de la première découpe sont fixés par collage et respectivement à deux panneaux en vis à vis (13', 15') de la deuxième découpe, interdisant leur mouvement relatif lors du pliage ou de la formation de la boîte par enroulement desdites découpes autour d'un volume de dimensions déterminées. Au moins deux sur trois des troisièmes lignes de pliage (19' ) de la deuxième découpe sont sensiblement alignées par rapport aux premières lignes de pliage de la première découpe, une ou plusieurs desdites troisièmes lignes comportant en partie basse (23) une portion découpée ou écrasée en vis à vis de la première ligne de pliage correspondante.
