ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The disclosure herein describes a set of payroll recording forms which comprises three superposed sheets with means between the sheets for automatically transferring pay data recorded on the top sheet; the first sheet is composed of a series of detachable pay slips, each slip displaying pay data areas pertaining to an individual's earnings for a given period of time; the second sheet displays pay data areas that give a payroll summary for a number of individuals for the said time period, the data areas on the second sheet being disposed so as to be in underlying registration with the data areas of the first sheet; the third sheet is composed of a series of detachable pay slips, each slip displaying pay data areas identical to and in underlying registration with the data areas of the first and second sheets, each slip of the third sheet having, on its rear face, an adhesive means which will allow it, once detached, to be affixed to a separate record card to provide an earning summary for an individual.
