A B S T R A C T A set of reinforcing bars for products made of reinforced concrete, the set being wherein it comprises a multiplicity of spaced-apart rigid transverse reinforcing bars together with at least two flexible longitudinal elements connected to the transverse bars for holding them spaced apart at selected intervals. The resulting set is easily packaged. The invention also relates to a method and to an installation for manufacturing such a set of reinforcing bars.
