In order to achieve a durable connection without impending the rotation thereof, a welding bead begins on a starting point (21) on the surface (6, 8) perpendicular to the axis (3) is guided towards the groove, whereupon it is re-guided to an end point (21') on the surface (6, 8) perpendicular to the axis of the shaft.
