ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A shaped part of injected or extruded plastics waste predominantly has a melting point exceeding 80°C. The plastics waste has a flock size of less than 5mm. A portion of the plastics waste has a wall thickness exceed- ing 0.5mm and a further portion has a wall thickness of less than 0.5mm. The plastics waste is provided with organic and/or mineral impurities. At least a portion of the plastics waste has a melting point which is higher than a maximum processing temperature of the shaped part. This portion of the plastics waste and also the organic and/or mineral impurities are welded and/or embedded in distribut- ed form in the shaped part.
