ABSTRACT: The invention relates to a shaving apparatus comprising a shaving cap with hair entrance apertures, and a cutting member which is rotatable relative to the shaving cap. In known shavers of this type the caps are supported by resilient means, so that the caps are adjustable relative to the skin surface being shaved. The caps are then pressed inwards relative to the housing, whilst for an optimum shaving action it is essential that the caps project a certain distance from the housing. By making the cap pivotable about a stop on the rim of the cap, it is attempted to eliminate this drawback. -10-
