ABSTRACT: In a shaving head for a dry-shaving apparatus with a shaving head frame on whose longitudinal members a flexible shear foil is retained by pins which project from the longitudinal members and engage with openings in the shear foil, further members are arranged parallel to the longitudinal members, spaced from the free ends of the pins, in such a way that the shear foil, through which the pins are passed, which extends in one plane and is positioned on the further members, is captively at- tached to the shaving head frame.
