The invention relates to an apparatus for performing electronic shearography on a test object, especially a tire or retread tire. The apparatus uses a laser light source to illuminate the test object. An optical element through which electromagnetic radiation is reflected from the test object is transmitted and forms a random interference image. The random interference image can be electronically processed to provide a video animation of the effects of stress on the test object.
L'invention concerne un appareil permettant d'effectuer une shéarographie électronique sur un objet d'essai, notamment un pneumatique ou un pneumatique rechapé. L'appareil utilise une source de lumière laser pour éclairer l'objet d'essai. Un élément optique à travers lequel sont réfléchis des rayonnements électromagnétiques provenant de l'objet d'essai transmet et constitue une image d'interférence aléatoire. L'image en question peut être traitée de manière électronique pour fournir une animation vidéo de l'effet des contraintes sur l'objet d'essai.
