JBF144 ABSTRACT The invention concerns a sheet folding device for a package producing folding and gluing machine. A sheet (1) is carried forward by a conveyor belt (4) in a direction parallel to a folding line (O1) predetermined by a crease. A second belt (6) having adopted a helical shape under the action of truncated rollers (7) exerts pressure onto the part or flap (1') to be folded under the action of the truncated rollers (7), and folds the said flap over in the direction of the remainder of the sheet (1). For varying the helical shape of the belt (6), the truncated rollers (7) with different angles are fitted for appropriate adjustment on the supports (7a, 20, 15, 30a) which are pivotable around the folding line (O1).
