Systems and methods for processing sheets, statements, and/or inserts prior to mailing are provided. One sheet processing system includes a receiver adapted to receive first and second sheets to be processed. The first sheet originates from a stack of first sheets or a continuous form sheet, and the second sheet originates from a stack of second sheets or a continuous form sheet. The system includes a first read head adapted to read a first identifier from the first sheet, and a second read head adapted to read a second identifier from the second sheet. A circuit coupled to the first and second read heads is adapted to compare the first and second identifiers to determine whether a match exists. In this manner, the sheet processing system is able to confirm that the first and second sheets are both intended to be sent to the same customer.
La présente invention concerne des systèmes et procédés de traitement de feuilles, des états et/ou des encarts avant la mise au courrier. Un même système de traitement de feuilles comporte un receveur conçu pour recevoir des premières et deuxièmes feuilles à traiter. La première feuille provient d'une pile de premières feuilles ou d'une feuille de formulaires en continu, la deuxième feuille provenant d'une pile de deuxièmes feuilles ou d'une deuxième feuille de formulaires en continu. Le système comporte une première tête de lecture conçue pour lire un premier identifiant sur la première feuille, et une deuxième tête de lecture conçue pour lire un deuxième identifiant sur la deuxième feuille. Un circuit couplé aux deux têtes de lecture est conçu pour comparer les deux identifiants de façon à déterminer s'il y a bien concordance. Cela permet au système de traitement de feuilles de confirmer que les deux feuilles sont bien à envoyer au même client.
