A shelf assembly (20) for organizing and merchandising a plurality of products (34). The shelf assembly (20) comprises a shelf (22) having a bottom (24), plurality of dividers (26) extending from front to back, a pair of dividers (26) and the bottom (24) forming a track (32) in which a column of products (34) are arranged. A front member (40) pivotal about a stop (68), or pivotally engaged with the dividers (26), prevents the forwardmost product (34a) within the column from falling off the front of the shelf (22). The pivotal front members (40) enable product (34) to be pulled forwardly off the shelf (22), minimizing the spacing necessary between adjacent shelves.

L'invention concerne un ensemble (20) étagère servant à organiser et à présenter plusieurs produits (34) pour la vente. L'ensemble (20) étagère comporte une étagère (22) possédant une partie (24) inférieure, plusieurs séparateurs (26) s'étendant de l'avant vers l'arrière, deux séparateurs (26) formant avec la partie (24) inférieure une piste (32) dans laquelle on place une colonne de produits (34). Un élément (40) antérieur pivotant autour d'une butée (68), ou se trouvant en contact pivotant avec des séparateurs (26) permet d'empêcher que le produit (34a) situé le plus en avant dans la colonne ne tombe sur le devant de l'étagère (22). Les éléments (40) antérieurs pivotants permettent de tirer le produit (34) vers l'avant hors de l'étagère (22), ce qui permet de réduire au minimum l'espace nécessaire entre des étagères adjacentes.
