An apparatus wherein an overlying flexible web is secured to a metal structure by means of continuous fabric flaps wrapped around the metal structure posts, arch members or other rigid structure attachment members, these continuous fabric flaps themselves held firmly in place with matching clips surrounding the enwrapped rigid member. The system is readily dismountable and adaptable to all types of weather, by stiffening the structure with a transversal support mechanically joint to the attachment members allowing for adjustment of the attachment members relative distance to one another. The mechanical joint not always needed depending on the shelter's design. The rigid frame could be external or internal in relation to the flexible web.
