Abstract of the Disclosure This invention relates to a shingle packaging system having an infeed belt for moving shingles into a series of bins according to their widths. Individual belt means move shingles out of the bins on command onto a main outfeed belt and thence through a 90° turn into a makeup section where the shingles are layered, interleaved and bundled. The shingles are moved on their base edges through all stages except the short run into the makeup section.
