The bottom and side sections are formed of moisture proof, flexible material with the bottom section having a greater thickness than the side section. A lower edge of the side section is affixed to an upper edge of the bottom section to provide a complete moisture barrier between the inside of the liner and the container. Reinforced corners are affixed to the bottom section with a total thickness substantially greater than the thickness of the bottom section. A lip is formed at a rear edge of the bottom section with a total thickness substantially greater than the thickness of the bottom section.
