13 Abstract: In a shoe, in particular a sports shoe and/or walking shoe with a shell (1) consisting of an outsole (4), an insole (3) and an upper (2), which is lasted and optionally lined, insole (3) inside the shoe is designed basically flat and has at least one locking recess (6) or one locking projection (7) which is releasably connected to a coupling element (9, 10) of an orthopedic sock (8) with a heel elevation.
