An attachment device is arranged to be mounted on a shoe having spaced apart apertures therein in which a pair of the apertures support a pair of posts respectively therein. The device comprises a pair of fastening elements arranged to be supported on the posts respectively, an elastic member spanning between the pair of fastening elements, and at least one decorative member comprising an annular portion arranged to receive the elastic member therethrough at a location spaced between the fastening elements.
