The invention relates to a shoe, in particular a sports shoe, comprising a shoe upper part (1) and a sole (2), wherein a damping element (3) is arranged above or in the sole (2). In order to improve the resilient rigidity of the damping element over the spring deflection, the invention provides that the damping element (3) has: a first, upper group (4) of cross-sectionally substantially U-shaped or trough-shaped damping bodies (5), a second, lower group (9) of cross-sectionally substantially U-shaped or trough-shaped damping bodies (10), and an intermediate support (14), which is arranged between the two groups (4; 9) of damping bodies (5; 10), wherein neighbouring legs (6, 7; 11, 12) of the respective damping elements (5; 10) are adjacent to one another or connected to one another at a meeting point (15, 16) and wherein the meeting points (15, 16) of the upper and lower damping bodies (5; 10) are arranged on the intermediate support (14) such that they are offset in the longitudinal direction (L) of the damping element (3).

L~invention concerne une chaussure, en particulier une chaussure de sport, constituée d~une partie supérieure (1) et d~une semelle (2), un élément amortisseur (3) étant disposé au-dessus ou dans la semelle (2). Pour améliorer la résistance élastique de l~élément amortisseur sur la course élastique, l~invention prévoit que l~élément amortisseur (3) présente : un premier groupe supérieur (4) de corps amortisseurs (5) réalisés en coupe transversale essentiellement en forme de U ou incurvés, un second groupe inférieur (9) de corps amortisseurs (10) réalisés en coupe transversale essentiellement en forme de U ou incurvés, et un support intermédiaire (14), disposé entre les deux groupes (4 ; 9) des corps amortisseurs (5 ; 10), des bras adjacents (6, 7 ; 11, 12) des éléments amortisseurs respectifs (5 ; 10) étant connectés au niveau d~un point de jonction (15, 16) ou se touchant, et les points de jonction (15, 16) des corps amortisseurs supérieurs et inférieurs (5 ; 10) étant disposés dans la direction longitudinale (L) de l~élément amortisseur (3) en déport au niveau du support intermédiaire (14).
