A shoe with an inclined inner bottom surface which includes an outer sole having a thickness increasing from its heel portion to its toe portion in such a manner that the shoe has an inner bottom surface downwardly inclined from its toe portion to its heel portion at a desired angle. The angle of the inner bottom surface ranges from 1° to 20°. Accordingly, even when the user walks on horizontal ground, he can obtain the same exercise effect as that obtained when he climbs a mountain for exercise. The shoe provides an effect of exercise greatly improved over typical shoes or shoes having outer soles with no heel.
