The invention relates to a method and a system for implementing a sequence for sales and provision of information at a retail establishment or in a similar area where a local radio communication is established between a central computer unit (30) and mobile terminals (20), equipped with bar code readers. For implementation of the sequence, the unit (30) first receives an initiation order from a terminal (20), transmitted via a telecommunication network via a second unit (40) at a service provider. The telecommunication is then disconnected, and local radio communication is employed for the communication between the customer's terminal and the shop's unit (30). A unique identification is created for the sequence, and a registration list is established associated with the sequence. The unit (30) further receives data input by means of the bar code reader in the terminal (20), comprising information (101) concerning each item. The registration list is updated with data associated with the goods, and these data can also be displayed on the terminals (20). Finally a payment or credit transaction is initiated based on the updated registration list and the identification for the sequence.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de mise en oeuvre d'une séquence de vente et de distribution d'informations à un établissement de vente au détail ou dans une zone similaire, procédé dans lequel une communication radio locale est établie entre une unité informatique centrale (30) et des terminaux mobiles (20), équipés de lecteurs de code à barres. Pour mettre en oeuvre cette séquence, l'unité (30) reçoit premièrement un ordre de lancement provenant d'un terminal (20), transmis par l'intermédiaire d'un réseau de télécommunication via une seconde unité (40) à un fournisseur de services. La télécommunication est alors déconnectée, et la communication radio locale est utilisée pour la communication entre le terminal utilisateur et l'unité du magasin (30). Une identification unique est créée pour la séquence, et une liste d'enregistrement est établie en association avec la séquence. L'unité (30) reçoit par la suite des données entrées au moyen du lecteur de code à barres dans le terminal (20), contenant les informations (101) concernant chaque article. La liste d'enregistrement est mise à jour à l'aide des données associées aux articles, ces données pouvant également être affichées sur les terminaux (20).
