An advertisement display device for use on the handle of a shopping part is provided. The device has a versatile display area on which a set of inner advertisement frames and one larger, outer advertisement frame are located. Advertisement sheets may be removably mounted in the frames. Fastening members are provided for clamping the multipiece device onto the handle of an existing shopping cart without disturbing the handle.
