A catheter includes an elongated tubular member having a lumen extending through the elongated tubular member. The elongated tubular member also has an outer surface, a distal end and at least one opening. The opening extends between the inner and outer surfaces, provides communication between the outer surface and the lumen and includes at least two straight edges extending parallel to the lumen of the tubular member.
