In accordance with the present disclosure, a siderail pad (100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600) for a siderail (42, 44) of a hospital bed (20) includes a support member (102, 202, 302, 402, 502, 602) configured to be coupled to the siderail (42, 44) to support the siderail pad (100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600) therefrom. A bolster (150, 250, 350, 450, 550, 650) formed from compressible, resilient material is coupled to the support member (102, 202, 302, 402, 502, 602), and includes a portion that overlies a portion of an upwardly-facing support surface (66) of the mattress (32).
