ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A sight wall has a plurality of multispaced generally parallel beams of wood or concrete disposed one above another in an array in a viewing plane with connecting members between the ends of the runner beams spaced them apart so that flat upwardly turned surfaces are provided between the runner beams. A plant growth composition rests on the shelves and supports plant growth while a stone backfilling mass fills the area behind the array into which the connecting beams extend. dm-
