ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE In processing a video signal, a vertical correlation is utilized between video signals of successive line intervals. The video signals from the two line intervals are examined their exis- tences, polarities and magnitudes between them. If both signals are existed with the same polarity, a smaller signal in magnitude is derived at a system output and otherwise no signal appears at the out- put. This system can be applied to a color television camera circuit.
