An electronic endoscope device having solid-state imaging elements is connected to an endoscope connection section of a signal processing device for an electronic endoscope. The signal processing device has a selective operation section, a signal processing circuit, and an information switching control section. The selective operation section performs operation for generating a selection signal that causes a selection of an output signal from at least one of the solid-state imaging elements provided in the electronic endoscope connected to the endoscope connection section. The signal processing circuit performs, based on the selection signal, signal processing of the output signal from the selected one solid-state imaging element and creates a video signal. The formation switching control section performs, corresponding to the selected one solid-state imaging element whose output signal has been selected, switching of information on the electronic endoscope, which information is displayed on a display device.
L~invention concerne un dispositif endoscope électronique ayant des éléments d~imagerie à semi-conducteur, connecté à une section de connexion d~endoscope d~un dispositif de traitement de signaux pour endoscope électronique. Le dispositif de traitement de signaux possède une section d~exploitation sélective, un circuit de traitement de signaux et une section de commande de commutation d~informations. La section d~exploitation sélective permet de générer un signal de sélection, pour sélectionner un signal de sortie à partir de l~un des éléments d~imagerie à semi-conducteur disposés dans l~endoscope électronique connecté à la section de connexion d~endoscope. Le circuit de traitement de signaux réalise, sur la base du signal de sélection, le traitement du signal de sortie provenant de l~élément d~imagerie à semi-conducteur sélectionné et crée un signal vidéo. La section de commande de commutation d~informations procède, en fonction de l~élément d~imagerie à semi-conducteur sélectionné dont le signal de sortie a été retenu, à une commutation d~informations au niveau de l~endoscope électronique, lesdites informations apparaissant sur un dispositif d~affichage.
