A signalling device is provided comprising: a warning unit designed to emit perceivable signals correlated with vibrations; a supporting element having a substantially tubular through cavity counter-shaped to a portion of a fishing rod; a slit obtained in the supporting element and developing throughout the length of the through cavity, the supporting element being elastically deformable to permit expansion of the slit; and a connection unit engaging the supporting element to the warning unit.
