Abstract of the Disclosure: A signboard which is tubular in configuration has elongated grooves in the surface thereof that can accommodate the resilient clips of indicia. That signboard oc- cupies only a limited amount of floor space when it is mounted with its axis vertical; and the elongated grooves in the surface of that signboard facilitate the positioning of indicia at levels at which that indicia is readily visible.
