The present invention provides compositions comprising nucleic acids that target CSN5 gene expression and methods of using such compositions to silence CSN5 gene expression. More particularly, the present invention provides unmodified and chemically modified interfering RNA molecules which silence CSN5 gene expression and methods of use thereof, e.g., for treating cell proliferative disorders such as cancer. The present invention also provides nucleic acid-lipid particles that target CSN5 gene expression comprising an interfering RNA molecule, a cationic lipid, a non-cationic lipid, and optionally a conjugated lipid that inhibits aggregation of particles.
La présente invention concerne des compositions comprenant des acides nucléiques qui ciblent l'expression du gène CSN5 et des procédés permettant l'utilisation de telles compositions pour faire taire l'expression du gène CSN5. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement, d'une part des molécules d'ARN interférant non modifiées et chimiquement modifiées qui font taire l'expression du gène CSN5, et d'autre part des procédés d'utilisation correspondants, notamment pour traiter des troubles à prolifération cellulaire tels que le cancer. L'invention concerne aussi des particules de lipides des acides nucléiques qui ciblent l'expression du gène CSN5 et qui comprennent une molécule d'ARN interférant, un lipide cationique, un lipide non cationique, et éventuellement un lipide conjugué qui inhibe l'agrégation de particules.
