Abstract of the Disclosure A composition which is curable to a siloxane gum having a Williams plasticity of at least 100 mm/100 at 25°C, (2) a rein,forcing silica filler, (3) a copolymer of R3SiO0.5 units and SiO2 units in which R represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group having less than 7 carbon atoms, (4) mica and (5) an organic peroxide curing agent, and (6) an optional polydiorganosiloxane liquid. The compositions are useful for providing fire resistant insulation on electrical equipment.
